I was gonna put a blue neon in the scoop on my car, but decided against it. I don't like neons, but it looks like your install is pretty clean; I don't see any of the tubes exposed. To each their own. Besides after TF&TF we are gonna see alot more cars with neons!

i had these for about a year on the suby but i kept busting the tubes car is to low so i just put them back on and raised the bulbs i no what u mean when u see the bulbs that a poor install i do all the work to my car myself neons look good but i guess they are kinda rice,but i like!!

Chrome looks terrible on an Impreza, and those wheels look particularly terrible.

Jesus people. I sure all of your cars are the epidimy of what a Scooby should look like right. Chrome rims and neons are a matter of personal taste. I would love to see pics of some of the bashers cars so I can point out your weak spots and laugh. Take it easy on the guy I am sure he likes his car the way it is and I am sure you all like your cars the way they are. Cars are like a blank canvas for each owners individual tastes to be expressed.

Peaty -- like you the neons and chrome are also not my cup of tea. I prefer the go as opposed to show. However the bashing on this board has taken a steep upward climb lately and it is really getting frustrating. It seems that every idea that someone has for their car that they think will look good somebody bashes the heck out of it. The word Rice has come up far more often then it used to. I have been a member for some time now and have noticed a steady rise of the use of the "R" word for some of the smallest most inconsequential things. I wish somebody could make a list of thing that are considered to be rice so that everyone would know what to stay away from, as far as ideas go, to keep from getting bashed to death.

It's cool to make your car unique but its probably the general consensus 'round here that your car looks kinda fugly. The neons, maybe, if tastefully done but the chromes...I think the dude driving the '89 Sentra with the mirror tint and the trunk rattling subs could use those.
