Redline Superlight Shockproof seems to get generally good reviews. What about the heavyweight version. Down here in FL temps are already scorching. My tranny feels great first thing in the morning @ 75 degrees, but by noon it feels like it's filled with water.

I use only Redline Shockproof Lightweight in the transmission, not a mixture.
I had grinding in all gears at high speed on the track prior to using the shockproof light. The grinding occured when using Redline 75-90ns, which Redline had recommended to me. I guess they were wrong.

Did you fill up the whole tranny with shockproof or add it to the synthetic? If so, what kind of shockproof, or how much shockproof...? Please give me specific details so I can make my car work!
I have used the shockproof lightweight on track during a July 100 degree day with no issues. It is good stuff if ya ask me. I have never had a reason to try a heavier weight.
