Oh really? I thought the 1.6 and the LSD were mutually exclusive. Maybe I heard wrong. It seems as though the majority of Miata sellers don't even know what trim level they have, let alone with kind of diff they have :eek:
EDIT: whoops wrong displacement in original post. I thought that the 1.6 90-93 models didn't have the LSD, and it became an option after that.

90-93: 1.6L, optional VLSD
94-97: 1.8L, optional Torsen
I remember reading that there's no easy way to tell whether the old ones have the LSD or not (without calling Mazda and asking).
