From the SubaruChallenge website; Event 1 Latest News:
To accommodate the enthusiastic participation at the Subaru Challenge event on September 18 at Ripken Field, it is necessary to commence activities slightly earlier than at events with fewer participants. The day's schedule has been adjusted as follows:
7:30am - 8:30am - Check-In & Tech at event site
Grid Cars ( for all heats )
Course open for walk-through
8:30am- 9:00am - Novice Walk Through
9:00am - 9:15am - Driver's Meeting ( Mandatory )
9:15am - 12:30pm - Heats 1 & 2
12:30pm - 1:00pm - Lunch Break
1:00pm - 4:00pm - Heats 3 & 4
4:15pm - 5:00pm - Super Star Challenge
5:00pm - 5:30pm - Awards
** Individuals planning on arriving on Saturday morning for registration, etc. should adjust travel plans accordingly. **
Consider arriving Friday evening and joining fellow Subaru enthusiasts at the official event hotel. Reservations at the Sheraton Four Points need to be made by September 2nd to receive the discounted group rate. For details, see [url]http://www.subaruchallenge.com/SE1/Hotel.htm[/url]

I just got that email recently. Should be fun! Except the drive over there in the morning. Ugh. I'll be getting up way too early. I really hate the 5:30am wakeup times. :(
