I agree with everyone.. either go wingless or wrx spoiler... my 2.5 has the wrx spoiler on it and it looks great.... I personally love the huge spoiler on the back of the STi

When you have an STI a few things aren't needed...
1: Brakes
2: re-visibility

The wing does not appeal to many STI owners. I have my own reasons for wanting to get rid of mine.
Thanks for posting, now I can abandon the idea of capping my wing, the end result just doesnt look right. A clean wingless trunk is much better. Cant I just buy a cheap used silver trunk???!!!

Dude, it seriously looks like someone attempted to steal your wing with a sawzall, failed, and left it for dead.
If you didn't like the height, the standard WRX wing would have been a much better solution IMO.
