They look good on the black car, that's for sure. Not sure about the blue. It might look like a tinted lense. Most tinted lenses look good on any color, so it might just work.;)

Imagine if that black framework were color matched to WRBP paint. Wouldn't suit my fancy, but I'm sure there are those out there who would love it.

they look okay, but a bit off....on the black car it respembles a pontiac bonneville....but maybe if they were painted to match...you could also use a vinyl mask to cover the black. they interesting and different i will give them that.

I think they are alright looking. Definitley not as bad as the altezzas. I would just keep the stock tails on if it were me. Not a bad set of lights though.

I normally aftermarket tails at all cost. But Dayum, those look good. I really really wanna see them on a WRB and maybe w/ the black parts painted WRB. Please someone w/ some skill in photoshop try it and post it.

I think you can order them with different inserts - 'carbon' one, black, red, chrome, and one primered to color match your car.

A WRX isn't a Honda and tailights don't make a car. My point is ..Do what you want with your car and I'll do what I want with mine. I have a pretty good list of "acceptable"mods by NASIOC standards on the car as well. Maybe some of the things I do aren't what "you" like. I just don't uderstand why people waist their time and engery to "flame" on people . By the way..I didn't start this thread..I've never asked if an appearance mod is OK..I have for the performance side though.

see how there's a comma (,) in the thread title? That means a capital letter isn't appropriate (is that word too long?) as it's not the start of a sentence, but a continuation. There shouldn't be a space between "you" and the exclamation marks. And "were" should be "we're", as in we are (a contraction). My kids and grandkids can school you if needed (this was a flame).

I wasn't referring to you when I made the "flame" comment. It was more a comment on the thread and so many like this one. People ask for advice and get ripped for wanting to do something different or unsubaru like..In my opinion, the stock tailights are ugly. I don't like the Morrette's, the Altezza's or any other aftermarket piece I've seen. These look pretty cool "I think" especially on a black car.

I don't like civics either.:lol: I do like my civic, but I am cruising the Nabisco boards because I am looking to purchase a wrx soon. People have given civics and the like a bad name and rep. I want to be different and I figure a wrx is the way. I have gunmetal euros on my civic because I think they look cleaner than stock, but as for a wrx I like the tails just fine. To each his own. Just because I wouldn't put euros on the wrx I hope to get doesn't mean others shouldn't. Everybody is different which is why life is never boring. It would suck if everyone had a WRB wrx with v1 lip, cf hood, prodrive wheels, txs exhaust, and s-tech springs; it would be weird and nobody would be unique and nobody would have put their own creativity into their car. This is what makes the car scene, import and domestic, even if everyone doesn't agree with each other.:)

One of the reasons I bought a Subaru, and the WRX in particular, was because it DIDN'T look like a hunduah....and I just can't see anybody trying to make it look like one by putting such lame 'follow the ricer crowd' parts on one.

My car looks nothing like a Honda , Toyota or Mazda..It looks like a stage 4 WRX with "some" modifications to the exterior. I'm not trying to make it look like anything but "MY" car. The ONLY thing I didn't like about the WRX when I bought it were the tails and the stock rims..I've been looking for something I like since day 1. I found the rims I bought..OZ SL's and these tails aren't excatly the greatest, but I do like them better than anything else I've seen in the past two years. I don't understand why that's so upsetting to people.

Not everyone knows the NASIOC etiquette and sometimes people accidentally post in the wrong forum.
