I had them in my car before it went back to STX legal and indeed, it makes a difference. I am considering replacing my stock bushings with brand new OEM ones in hopes that at least it might help a little; currently the car has awful memory steer problems. That isn't so much performance to me but rather a nuisance.
I thought camberplates were legal in STX?
They are, as well as camber bolts (crashbolts) which if I remember right were made legal in a Fastrack earlier this year.
Thing with camber plates though is you can have different control arms OR camber plates, but not both. I choose the stock control arms (which weigh 1.7lbs more than then pimp aluminum STi ones) and some camber plates. Oddly enough yet another mod I had on my car that had to be removed to go back to STX-legal. :)

Don't forget subframe connector bolts under the rear...what's that legal in? Not in STX...SM? ESP?

P.S. What's the easiest way to tell the stock steering bushings apart from the aftermarket ones?

I don't think those subframe bolts are legal in any class.....
Steering rack bushings? Color or durometer test is the only way I know...

the Subframe connectors are indeed legal in SM....and I think ESP....
As for the bushings....a Durometer gauge that measures hardness..
Noltec is pretty sneaky...as their bushings are black like OE....Whitelines are YELLER...;)

Subframe connectors are NOT Street Prepared legal and they are Street Modified legal only if they connect front-to-rear not side-to-side. I believe the parts he is refering to connect side-to-side and are thus not Street Mod legal.
Here's the rule from Street Modified:
18.1.F: "Subframe connectors are allowed, but each connector must be attached individually without any lateral components attaching the two longitudinal frame rails. Subframe connectors may be bolted or welded"
(Emphasis by me, not by the rule book)

Aha! I had heard that someone made black ones. Thanks Bill. :)

I think he's talking about the Whiteline subframe lock bolts. They "lock" the rear subframe to the unibody because there are no bushings there. Just some convenient tapped holes Subaru left.
