Ok the problems are fixed, the hosts (most of them) are up and running so here's the video..

I knew the music would not suit everyone!! I wanted to try another type of music since I didn't really any rock/alternative song that got to me for the video...

I think its very good choice of music. Even though its not something I listen to in my spare time, I think its the best choise when trying to please everyone.

I think you vids are brilliant...don't change anything. Your transitions and timing are excellent. Choice of music is great...I think techno/trance goes well with WRC. Do you have a link to any other vids you have done? If you are going to add specialFX put 1 or 2 in just to experiment. Great job!!

Yes, adding effects is like pandora's box. Sometimes you can add just the right amount and it works perfectly. Sometimes you can add TOO much and it doesn't work and all hell breaks loose.
I know with my WalesRallyGB vid, I kept going back and asking myself "did I add too much, not enough, or just right?" However I think the general concensus of the video has been that it was just the right amount. Course the fact the video was 25 minutes long probably helped alot of people enjoy it more.
All in all Pou, its a good video and is being added to my collection. :)

Guido have you ever thought of putting together "Guido's Greatest Hits"? I have seen your vids and they ROCK as well. You should put together something like John Felstead is doing with his 'Ring video. Or put together a compilation dvd from all the guys that make vids. I would love to see these vids on my tv rather than my computer screen. I'm sure everyone would want one. I am trying to d/l the Wales Rally but alas I am on dialup...do you have to sign up for the d/l?

I have a compilation on my cpu but am having a few probs putting it into DvD format (im not an expert) but I'm finding you can have the initial chapters screen with any background you want etc, it's like your very own dvd. If only I could figure this out.....

I love how you edit the most shocking moments to the music. I hope there are plenty of "big air" shots in the 2004 season that you can scare us with next January.
