:lol: :lol: To get a good look at the airfoil, cutting it to see the crosssection would be useful.... not practical though. :lol:

You don't have to cut the airfoil at all. You can get one of those profile tools that look like a row of steel dowel pins held together with a bar. The ones they use on models in the automotive design industry to mimic curves and surfaces. Old school, but it would work.
