Why didn't you just buy fabric dye? Blot on with a sponge/paper towel/etc (just make sure to use gloves). They even specifically make stuff to go from a dark color to a lighter color.

I need to find a can of duplicolor fabric paint--checker had nothing of the sort--I need to paint the headliner and floor mats in my rs because they're the ONLY PART of the interior they decided should be gray :mad:
