Well... my supplier is a lighting specialist. So he will know exactly what we need. I emailed him about it already. And I'll let you know as soon as he gets back to me on it. In the meantime, if anyone's looking for headlight, foglight, or wedge bulbs, I've got some deals worked out with the guy. Just lemme know what you need and what colours you would like. PM's are best. Also, I'm in the process of getting information on the rear light bulbs too. You know... brake, tail and reverse.

Due to this thread I dug into my WRX dash. It's real easy. I found that the guages are painted green on the back. Subaru also put green bulb condoms (balloons) on some of the bulbs. There are two sizes of bulbs, both smaller than 168s. I removed all green condoms (regular and mini-magnum):D . Everything stayed green. I didn't know how to take the needles off so I left them alone. I need to find out how to take the needles off, then I need somebody to sell me some blue indiglo guages.

...and another thing. The WRX has an empty bulb slot for "power". The guages also have a snowflake shape reading "hold" next to it. Of course the "FWD" was empty because I have a 5 speed. Does anyone with an automatic WRX know what lights are used only for them? "low" and "trans fluid??" were the other ones...I think. I moved the bulb backlighting the odometer to behing the "power" to see what it would do. The odometer does not zero out if unplugged!

Just pull the needles staright out. The tough part is putting them back in the right place. I'm STILL struggling with that.
My dash is white now, but it is still too bright. I need to remove it and paint it some more to dim it down. Maybe I'll play with the AC stuff this weekend.
I also found the "extras" on the dash. All I want is the POWER button. I might have to rig up a switch and a bulb just to light that as a joke :D

Hey now... Legacy owners. Can you tell me what bulb is used in your dash? Thanks.
