I would but I'm in Texas right now. My baby's in the garage waiting for me. I told her to put on something sexy 'cause I'm going to tear that a up when I get home
I'm a "gentle" break in advocate. I've read the other theory, but I'm not buying it.

So when are you making the jump, Tom?
Don't need to, already have an Sti :)
I will more then likely trade in on a Legacy GT at the end of this season and run STU next year. My car is too friggin good right now to abort this season. Plus I think a couple sponsors would kill me

A friend has an 05 and I'll try it out tonight. I really don't think so though. I have a 7500 redline and my 6MT tops out at about 59mph w/245/45/16 tires. With 285/30/18 you are looking at about the same, or around 55mph at 7000 rpm. If you used 275/40/17 you'd gain about 3mph in 2nd gear at 7000 rpm.
I like the advance design struts, but I got them used from Derek Punch on the west coast so my pricing is not going to be the same, I got them for a steal. Not the titanium versions, but they are very lightweight overall compared to any other coilover I've used. They weighed 8lbs per corner less than my Tanabe coilovers.

I dont know how this is possible I called Jason today and while they transmissions from 04 and 05 have different part numbers the gears themselves actually have the same part numbers. So I would say it is unlikely.

What KC said......You TRULY are the poster child for indecision!
BTW - what are the chances the Legacy GT will get classed in D-Stock? If so, it could be THE car to unseat the bimmers & ITR's.

The diffs could have been changed. Does he know the final drive on the 05s?
