Yes, I believe when dank brough a replica, he expected something that looks like the STi mesh cover. Instead, he got something that is of a completely different design, which is not exactly what one would call a replica, and I believe the vendor shouldn't sell them as 'replica' ...
Although not "completely different", it does seem like it's different enough to warrant a mention in the advertisement.
I almost hate to bring this up, but the replica that dank bought might be a better design, if not the fashion statement he was looking for. The open mesh they used would let a lot more light get to the road than the STI version, and probably would protect the lights just as well. If they were selling for less than the more accurate replicas, they would be a good value.

... good customer service even if it means losing money, can provide you with loyal customers who will not forget the service they receive from you. im eager to see how this problem, if ever, is solved.
My sentiments exactly!!!!!
99% of all businesses in the world are small business.
99% of business done throughout the world is business done to and/or from small business.
We, as small business owners and managers have a strict disadvantage over larger companies in that we don't have the exposure they do regardless of what we do. Flying below the radar, consistently, takes alot of hard work and sacarafice. I'll give up one sale for 15 leads, it's a gamble that we work with everyday.
Sorry to sound like your local University Business Professor, it's just that it's so hard to stay afloat in this new market that when you see one of your own getting flamed you try to clear the air.
Good Luck all and shop small!!!!!!!!!
