u mean like the ones on sl 500's? they fold in after u shut the car off right? i dont know if there is a set for subaru's if so i'd like to have a pair myself...

I remember seeing a set for sale in the private FS classifieds here not too long ago. Someone probably snatched 'em up already but it maybe worth it to you to check.

...they are not a flawless perfect fit. Depending on your height, and how you normally set your mirrors, you may not actually be able to set them correctly. I saw two articles on doing the mod... just a slight pain in the butt, but without perfect results, I shyed away.

Have you seen these in person?
If you modify the stock base to accept the JDM pod they work just fine. If you try to just bolt them in place you will have problems...

I just bought a pair of the JDM STi optional Carbon Fiber Power Folding/Heated mirrors. I paid $600, and got a switch for free. Am I to beleive that these will not bolt onto my car without mods? Also is wirign hard! David Glasscock and (DZ) i PMed and emailed both of you for pointers! Please help me!

(DZ): I follow that link over and over again, and it simply elads me to a page with a purple section on the left and a vast area of white on the right with no scroll bar....am i missing something! I have even tried to lick on Power Folding mirrors a few times....nothing!
North Ursalia: Brian, do YOU have nay pics of yours? Thanks! perhaps yours is differnet due to the fact that you have a GC8, and (DZ) has a GDA....perhaps

i haven't installed mine yet, i too have DZ info saved so when it's time to install i know how to do..
i'm sure you will have yours installed before mine and hopefully i will see them at one of the next install days.
