You're Gary from WRX Motorworks?
jagcars26 01-17-2003 08:41 PM

Myself,,i like the OE SubaruUSA,OE Subaru UK,or JDM Sti kits. They fit perfectly, factory pcs, usually abs instead of fiberglass allready painted to match and they're not over the top in the styling dept.
You can get most of these from vendors here ie. Subiegal or from your local dealer.

factory side skirts (i painted them) with factory rear valance.

so.

WRXURV8 01-28-2003 03:32 PM

Paint the side skirts, get JDM headlights, an STI grill (or authentic Genome), and STI Hoodscoop, no wing, and shave off the "Subaru" Letters;) . I would remove my car, but my '03 didn't come with a third brake light in the rear window:( .
WRXURV8 01-28-2003 03:33 PM

I meant remove my wing......sorry
GregsblueRex 01-28-2003 08:55 PM

Jejunum 01-28-2003 09:22 PM

GregsblueRex 01-29-2003 11:41 AM

wow, i need that rear bumper!
Kickz107 01-29-2003 08:04 PM

That bumper is nice, but the kit is totally impractical... Look at the drop on the car! Looks like stock ride height, if you lower it, your rear bumper will drag!

WRXMotorWorks 01-29-2003 10:28 PM

Who is this?
GregsblueRex 01-30-2003 10:18 AM

do you really think that the bumper will drag?
Kickz107 01-30-2003 10:32 AM

Absolutely..... All you have to do is look at the first pic of the rear of the car. Look at how close the bumper is to the ground, and look at the wheel gap in the rear, damn close to stock ride height. You can't argue with me that the WRX could be lowered anymore! :(
megabass 01-30-2003 12:35 PM

Bodykit?
Gary,
Don't you already have a Syms bodykit on the WRB WRX? I've seen it in person and its pretty sick. Maybe that ain't your car, just your company car? Personally I like to mix and match what someone said before. I don't like too aggressive kits becuz when you lower your car you will freakin scrape everywhere which will defeat the purpose and crack your bodykit in the future which costs you mucho bucks.

You should contact Gimmie Gears and Composits, they have a full WRC widebody kit includes, front fenders, rear fenders/door pieces, front bumper, wrc wing, and roof vent! all for like $2100. the kit looks crazy!

oh ya their number is 909 767 1473
rallydog812 01-30-2003 07:18 PM

I've already spoken with them and have made arrangements to go their facility and see the parts first hand before buying.
