Does a catback fit in the trunk? part 1

Does a catback fit in the trunk?
Weird question, and I didn't know where to stick it...

Does a stock STi catback exhaust fit in the trunk? (if taken apart at the axleback)

Or does it have to stick thru the ski pass?

yes if you take it apart it will
tw1zt1d 05-10-2006 01:25 AM

You poor non-wagon owners! :-P
pillowball 05-10-2006 01:50 PM

Yes. I've had a Blitz catback and a Perrin catback in the trunk at different times. Both fit if taken apart.
sovietjet 05-10-2006 08:11 PM

I fit a full TBE in the trunk...definetly can be done.
kcook 05-10-2006 10:21 PM

markadopolus 05-10-2006 10:59 PM

I love my wagon.
gslben 05-10-2006 11:19 PM

InfamousDX 05-11-2006 12:04 AM

yup a catback separated at the stock sections will fit easily.
runwrxrun 05-11-2006 12:46 AM

Here's the real question- how many dead bodies can you fit in the trunk?
oldmansan 05-11-2006 02:51 AM

Some catbacks are one-piece. Details on the catback will get you better answers.

How many people are going to keep giving the same answers over and over?

I can fit in my buddys sedan with a subwoofer. So I say 1 with a sub 2 without a sub.
Aarron_M 05-11-2006 10:03 AM

Definately does. I've done it, when I met someone to buy my Apex-i N1.

It all depends on the size of the bodies you agreed to carry, and whether they're whole or not! And the number decreases if you carry an exhaust system around in your trunk. Remember, friends help you move, true friends help you move bodies.

Yeah but will it fit?

Why won't ANYONE just answer the question !!!!!
disque71 05-12-2006 12:18 AM

yes, if u flip down the center knockout panel in the back seat. othewise you need to break it down to midpipe and axelback.
