Has anyone looked into changing SUBARU to IMPREZA?
Most of us have noticed that Imprezas in other countries get IMPREZA on their trunk rather than SUBARU. Anyone looked into getting the IMPREZA badging?

I have asked this question before, but seems not much people interested in changing their words from SUBARU to IMPREZA.

But at least we have to know the price first.

Lining up shouldn't be too hard. Use some masking tape and a ruler and make a line across the back of the trunk at the same height as the stock letters.
As was mentioned before, if the price is right on something like this, I am interested.

Also, apparently it's just the JDM and Aussie Imprezas that get the IMPREZA badging. The European Imprezas are SUBARU like ours.

Thats a good idea, i never knew that badging was out there. well its either that or rebadge subaru bachwards on your trunk,

the IMPREZA badge is $42.00
it is a real Subaru part, we aren't having some decal place do it.
I'm seeing what I can do about getting a GB price of $37 out of Chris, but that would take at least 10 people.

Does anyone know if you can get an "F" in the same type of lettering. Take away the "S" and the "U", and add the "F", what's that spell, FUBAR, FUBAR, yeah, FUBAR. [img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] Perhaps I can find someones debadged letters and cobble togeather and "F" that looks good enough.

I'm not trying to put a damper on your parade or anything, but it seems for that amount of money you could get something from a decal shop that was a little more fancy. I'm not into the chrome thing so I debaged my car and had a sticker made "2.5 RS" in 4"x10" custom format. it cost me $10.00, and the colors match the car and the decals that came with the car. the reason i bought my car was to be different, not to generic. just something to ponder.

I personally am of the opinion that the chrome badges have a more finished and classy look that vinyl graphics. I could get all the vinyl graphics i want for free, but I prefer the raised lettering of real badges. but thats just my preference. I plan to have this car a long time and would prefer to keep it "classy." my last car had vinyl graphics and headlight covers and after a couple years i got sick of it... found myself with faded paint and havin gto replace my headlights and taillights... I want to make sure i can live with the modifications i make to the appearance of this car for 10 years.. but that's just me... i do like vinyl graphics on other people's cars [img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/wink.gif[/img]
