w/photos and all :D

we were selling these at work and needed a "model" to put em on.. they wont fit the 04's... and i couldn't legally put em on my WRX rally car... so... my "Boo" got a new toy :D

pretty damn flush these things are :) and they're bright :eek:

guess it's a fairly new product from Morette.. not seem em around yet.. but.. i do know of a guy local to me, w/a black RS that just bought a set :lol:

install was fairly simple....

(follow links from photo/updates table)

would take about 1/2 hour each side if you were on the ball... and not stopping every 5 secs for pizza and beer like i was :D

They look great J! I was just reading your instructs when I stumbled into your site from allsubaru.com while surfing..

They have that OEM look to them with the flush mounting. I'd like to see some shots of them at night too. :)

whhat color do they flash , i personally would like an amber flash to give a OEM touch to them ( plus anything else is illegal here )

it's a bright amber/orange

hard to get a good photo... :)

now i need amber bulbs in my sidemarkers
(rather than clear)

no word yet on the 04's but i'm sure they're working on it... :)

i know i can smoke them with tinted paint, but what about making them factory orange?

morette headlights have the orange reflector, and the stock one are orange.

so to be uniform i would like to try orange. other wise i will have to buy white parking lamps, and see if there is a replacement for the morette turn signal

damn I saw something like this on ebay a while back but they were going for $275 and pre painted wr blue. this is way better...

now if only there were a set of projector headlights that looked like the STis but half the price....

BTW I've been thinking about replacing the horn on my 02 WRX (tired of the wimpy love bug horn) where'd you get your hellas and about how much$?

Am i the only one who doesn't like them? I mean you have my support for being diferent and all but I think they look rather ugly. Even on Mercs they look bad. You don't want to knock one of those mirriors when driving out / in the garage.

I was referring to the price of them assuming they cost a little more than OEM because of the lights cracking and things but I don't know how much they were.

Yeah I think they cover GC mirrors. I know that if you gut a WRX mirror and a 2005 Legacy mirror you can get them to work on a rex but they are spensiv.

No idea if anyone carries them

i sold mine a long time ago (now have JDM folding mirrors)

They were meant to fit 1998-2003 mirrors [b]only[/b]

the cost was around $100 for the kit.
