Does anyone know where I can find ideas for paint jobs or pictures of paint jobs on other cars. I want to make my WRX look different but I can't find any ideas for a new look.

Well in the photoshop thread it is mostly one color paint jobs. I want something more with a design not just one color.

Doesn't anyone know any other place with ideas. I looked at the Nopi Nationals and Fast and the Furious cars, but those are a little bit overdone. I want more than one color but not 5 different colors.

maybe you can look into vinyl graphics on the sides of cars.....if thats what your looking at doin instead?

get your rex done with the paint that changes color as light passes over it. I might do something with a metallic flake in the paint on my impreza.

No those cars have way too many colors. I was thinking more of the rally blue that my car came with with some other color; maybe yellow metallic. Or maybe yellow metallic with blue. I just want ideas for the design. Not flames but something unique. I'm just not that creative to come up with that kind of idea. That is why I need your help.

Okay yeah those are the Fast and the Furious cars, but no one has given me any good ideas yet. So does anyone have any ideas about a paint job with the colors blue and yellow but no flames; something unique.

I am so INCREDIBLY grateful for these pics! I had actually toyed around with the idea of painting my WRX orange (the stock black paint got badly scratched). But after seeing that pic, no way in hell! Not only is it UGLY, I'd be accused of ripping off TFATF for style..... <shivers at thought> :(

That would almost be as bad as some of the Mini Cooper's I've seen around with the AMERICAN flag on top. German designed British car, with the Stars and Stripes on top. :rolleyes:

Well I'm gonna go claw my eyes out. For the love of God what did they do to that REX. The really sad thing about that car is that some young punk with daddy's money is going to see that movie and get some really bad ideas. If there was a rear shot of that rex I bet you a million dollars you'd see some alteezas.

:rolleyes: those things look like my old hotwheels cars after a little fun with water colors:lol: Guy if your looking for a rally look (metalic yellow on rally blue) just get some pics off wrc.com and go to a custom paint place. If you have a friend that's a good artist get an airbrush and letem' go to town. Friend did that it's about as origional as it's gets.

I swear the Australians are crazy for custom paint jobs (almost lowriderish to me though). I've seen a few pics here and there of some of the things they've done to GC8/GC6 Imprezas...
