STi Wing top half replacement options

The STi wing is a 2 piece unit. Does anyone make a different top half of the wing?

So I found this thread.

To summarize, here is a shot clearly showing the second half of the wing:

I am still waiting on some vendor to come out with a top half spoiler option for the STi. I remember seeing those other threads back in the day, but I am hoping for a vendor to make something.

Chargespeed makes a wing extension to make the wing huge.

I know SYMS makes a top half for the wing. Very nice piece with a carbon fiber center, making the lines look more like an EVO spoiler. Only thing is that it costs over a grand just for that top half!

How hard is it to take off the top half?
I really like the lowered look as it would be ideal for us taller drivers.

It's not that hard. The issue is 1. The finish on top of the base may be rough 2. It won't look so hot IMHO with just the bottom half alone and 3. you lose all the downforce wtihout a horizontal bar.

There was a guy on here who had a CF top half made that was much mcuh smaller than the OEM top half. He was talking about going into production, but it never came to fruition.

Should be easy during manufacture to put a cover plate there to hide the adjustment screws. That way it look prettier!!

the hole is elongated cuz the center piece is 3 level adjustable...more or less downforce...

Thank you. Thos pics helped me conlcude that the OEM wing is the best looking. I guess my issue is the Width more than the height. That is what makes it look so damn unproportionately big....
I wish the spoiler was like the 22B shape so that the sides tapered in more, and that the top section was flush with the horizontal part of the wing.
