Work Emotion CR Kai - Black or Bronze?

Well, my Emotions showed up today via UPS! I will finally be able to add a BBK to the mix.

Now, I love the bronze color of the Works, but am wondering if I made a mistake in color choice. I love black wheels on light colored cars, and was thinking that maybe I should have the Works powder coated black.

Envision black 17" CR Kai's instead of these OEMs...

i have mine in gunmetal, and sometimes i wonder if i made the right choice... bronze looks sexy, but best on a black car IMO.

agreed, well kind of. Black doesnt suck, but it reminds me more of something you do to stockers. I mean, why pay for a set of wheels that are amazing and not let them stick out a little bit. Black seems to kind of hide the curves of the wheel. Plus, it reminds me of the kids w/ civics in school taking off their hubcaps and having like the 10 spoke steelies or whatever they were.

IIRC, they are around 21-22lbs each. The box was 48lbs, and there were two in each box w/tons of cardboard.

WHY would you make brand new $1400 rims look like steelies without hubcaps??
