Anyone Know About the New Prodrive Front Lip?

I heard that along with a PPP4, which may include *rumor* a new or current turbo made to prodrives specs :banana: There is also a new front lip they are going to release. Has anyone heard anything else about it. Seen pictures etc?

there are pictures of the lip floating around here
but for the PPP4, don't hold you breath on it coming out anytime before the second coming
or maybe the second coming will bring the new power pack with it, hmmm...

The are more expensive than crack, but they are beautiful. Top choice for my car if I had a spare 2500 laying around.

Just got off the phone with Dan at Prodrive and he said that the new lip should be out by january or february :banana:

Dan said that if he told me any details of the PPP4 he'd have to kill me. Just kdding, he said he couldnt say anything as to if it was a TMIC of a FMIC or any other details for that matter, understandably. Although I talked to someone at prodrive during SEMA, I think his name was Scott. He said that the PPP4 included a new turbo (made or altered) to Prodrives specs along with fuel pump, injectors would be in the PPP4. It's all speculation at this point right? Judging by this car

Id be interested to see the CD and downforce data on this lip if available. It looks like it has some engineering as well as aesthetic appeal.

Probably somewhere around the price of the old lips, maybe a bit more. It will also depend on whether they come painted or not.

Not really. I have Tarmac 2's and they don't really look the same...at all. Other than they both have 10 spokes.

I don't know - Rota had me fooled I guess; I thought these were the GC-10s when I first saw this car:

They are similar, but the Tarmac 2's were out before the GC 010's were if I remember correctly. I think the Tarmac 2's are simply a redesign of the Tarmac's.

Always a big issue, for me, with Prodrive. I had an STi specific (supposedly they'd developed one [I]just[/I] for the STi, and went so far as to claim a 23whp increase :rolleyes: for it) axleback on order for well over 7 months before I pulled it and opted for something else. They had my $$, never heard an ETA or anything. Quite maddening, and I really don't get how Prodrive USA is able to stay in business w/practices like that, honestly. Frustrating.

After a second look I guess theya re quite similar. I thought the T2 was a more sleak redesign of the T1, but it looks like it is a copy of the GC010.
