Looks like a mix between the CWest and the Zerosports ... but if I had to pick ONE, id say its a bad replica of the Zerosports.
| Fusionpnoy | 09-08-2004 09:19 PM |
If you get it, make sure you have the front mount that belongs in it. I've seen that kit on a yellow civic hatch in my area, and is are you sure that bumper will fit your scooby?
| rabbitnutz | 09-08-2004 09:57 PM |
yeah i'm told it was designed for a 2.5RS...front mount, i don't even have a turbo yet !!
| mosfet | 09-09-2004 09:26 AM |
In that case make sure you get one of those grill inserts that looks like a front mount. Then you'll be blingin big time!
| FuJi K | 09-09-2004 10:17 AM |
ahahahhaa LOOKS! It's another replica ZeroSports kit!! heheh It's a Zerospots front bumper. I just hope that one doesn't flex at teh sides like every other replica kit i seen.
| N'CTRL | 09-09-2004 02:54 PM |
Heh ya, that's the Zerosports front bumper for the GC.

Thus... replica = CRAP. Either way you're going to spend money, might as well get the real deal. For replicas, they're gonna need body work to fit right, for real deal, yea you're shelling out money, but its gonna fit great and minimal to no bodywork will be needed... not to mention the cost of a body shop's time is usually more than the kit. Also, replicas usually arent as durable as genuine, because of cheap fiberglass...
bodykit lesson of the day...

| rabbitnutz | 09-10-2004 12:00 AM |
i now it's not the C West...because if there was anybodykit, that'd be the one i would get...however, seeing that the front and rear bumpers are only 100 bucks, i am thinking of getting them....anyone have or know where there is a pic of this bumper on a car ? i don't have a FMIC, or a turbo for that matter, but i do plan on getting them, but not for a long, long time..
thank for the help.
Nick.

to anyone that sya this it is ugly....IT'S BETTER THAN MY CRACKED AS ALL HELL FROM HITTING A KID ON A FOURWHEELER BUMPER.
hey RuCKuS i have a few questions for you..what turnsignals are those (style, year..etc.) and where did you get them ?
oh, and the larger "holes" on the front next to the turn signals...can foglights be installed in that area, or is the area to small for stock RS fogs ?
oh, and one mroe probably dumb question.....i'd probably need an RS bumperbeam to install this wouldn't i ?

I know its possible to install the fogs there, I think there's somebody on this board with that body kit that has them there, only he had to install them upside down i think.

rebellion's right. the v4 turn signals. banana turn signal. whatever you want to call it.
i don't know for sure. i'm gonna eventually find out a way to mount them in there. someone has done it but he said that they point up with the way they were mounted.
and you need a lightweight bumper beam. i was originally gonna try using the stock bumper beam but it needed some hardcore hacking up to get it to work.
