Euro Tails
Anybody know if there is a company out there who makes Euro tails for a 99-00 RS? I have only found tails with just the blinker portion clear and the rest ot it red.

personally I think the JDM (red/clear) look better than Altezzas. Altezzas have a reputation of being made with cheap quality. They are also played out.....the RS is something different (awd, body effect, decent power, etc) keep it different, not like every other import.

Never thought of it that way. Always wanted a car that was different, one that nobody had. That is why I want to get an RS, not cause it rare in these parts, but because it is one kick ass car.
I have only seen two around here and one is an out of state kid going to college here.

Like the Tails

I like those tails alot I defintely like them better than the red and clear style. Not to say that they are bad, it is just that the all red tails I have never seen on an imported car or maybe I am just blind.

I have the red/clear JDM's. I was actually thinking of tinting the red (upper) part of the taillights and leaving the clear part clear. I want to see it photoshopped first before I decide to though. The reason I was thinking of this is because my 22b wing has a black carbon fiber top... so it would keep the color scheme going.

Yeah everyone with the GC8 series imprezas have those gray/clear tails. They retail for about $80 a pair:lol: Sorry guys, just kidding, that picture is actually a photoshopped image...the tail lights are in grayscale.

Lol, that's hilarious! Nice job man, I didn't even notice. Well, where there's a will, there's a way. I agree it actually doesn't look too bad like that, especially if put on a black car. Who's gonna try it? And get all the tickets?

they are not grayscale, they were colored using the airbrush, then I painted the car (originall STM) to RBP...more/less...I got mine from adamsrs he used to have them on his RS....they are just tinted using the spray tint, and then added the BRP brow for an added effect. the tint can be used on any tails, usmc-wrx tinted his WRX black...or darker at least..

Damn you fooled me. You gotta admit that it looks very real though. I am going to do that to my car anyhow though, Im just gnona spray the red part black and leave clear on the bottom... cause that does look good I think.

I'll do that. You'll see the pics in about a week in the members gallery section when I post my 98 RS with all it's new goodies... dual headlamps, sideskirts, spats, grill, 22B wing, all painted to match my car!! I can't wait to put it all on.

We do not allow such lighting in this club.....dude if you wanted a (word North U wont let us use) ed up civic ....then go get one. If God wanted ours cars to look like that then they would have come with altenzza lighting ugggggg yuck ick ....im gonna be sick
