i lost my little momo symbol!
Hey, my little momo subaru symbol is missing for my momo knob.. is there any place that sells these small inserts!??!? or does anyone have one for some reason, i know this is odd but i want one so bad again!

Contact momo usa - some other members had your same exact problem and got them to send it out to them for free. Also, do a search for momo emblem or decal. There was just a thread on it recently ;)

yea i tried e-mailing momo usa. i couldnt find an e-mail... i tried calling, i just got a message, none of the options worked... theres gotta be a way!

i just want my little momo emblem back :(

is there anyone here that has lost an emblem.. and replaced it somehow? please post if you have, this sounds so lame im sure.. but i really think it looks like crap without it..

i've had mine for 2 years w/no problems? did you guys try glueing it back in place?

I'm on my third gluing right now all three times with super glue. I think the original glue let loose in the texas sun and ever since then exposure to direct sunlight will cause the emblem to expand and pop off the knob. I've suggested a "golf club warmer" like cover to go over the knob before, I may have to pull out the ol'needle and thread and customize one for myself. I'll let y'all know if I finish it before the car gives out.

Yeah man, mine just popped off today. I talked to my buddy at fastwrx.com and he said momo has discontinued the shift knob. They might have some replacement logo stickers but it's doubtful. The newer style knobs don't have the momo arrow to match the steering wheel...oh well.

Like I posted previously, I know for certain that members in the same predicament has had success at calling momo and getting replacement. Unfortunately I can't pull up the thread, but they stated in their response that they called them and they sent out new ones to them. When and if you find the emblem, use some silicon or Liquid Nail to secure it better. Another member suggested spraying a thin layer of clear coat spray-paint on the emblem so it doesn't become all hazy/dirty looking :)

I dont have a momo knob but i have a prodrive knob and lost the "P" emblem

I've read a couple of posts where Prodrive knob owners have lost the emblem also. I have a black Prodrive knob now but it's temporarily retired due to the FL heat :)

Maybe contact Prodrive USA to see about a replacement emblem then? :huh:

Mine has been gone since I got my car, it does look like **** w/o it. If anyone has any success or ANY contact info (or link) on how to get a raech of momo please post it. Worst comes to worst we can always start a riot infront of their headquarters...

I e-mailed momo.. got a reply in like an hour saying they would send me out an emblem the next day. I got it today.. i was very pleased with momo..

I found out about the momo sticker switch about a year ago when I was looking to buy a shift knob. I bought one with the new emblem. Then called momo told them mine came off and asked them to send the "old" version, which matches the steering wheel. When the new one came (which they sent for free) I used a hair dryer to pop the old sticker off and some crazy clue to put the new one in. I have had it like this for a year with no problems. Momo never gave me any trouble about the sticker and were very helpful.

***update***
Yes, it is the one with the silver arrow and they finally sent it to me. The only problem they sent me the plastic emblem glued to the metal piece below it. On my knob the plastic piece came off by its self so I have an extra metal piece getting in the way. They started off replying quickly but their customer service has gone down hill from there. The Public Relations points are dropping and if they are going to make a customer for life or turn me away forever is up to their reply ot my next email.

A month and counting with multiple sends and no reply about my ongoing problem. Make a faulty product and don't make it right with the customer? This riot is quickly escalating into all out tactical air strikes. :mad:

as a note, when I contacted momo about a missing emblem I never received a confirmation email. 2 weeks later though the emblem came...I was pretty surprised, but it seems MOMO customer service is pretty good.

who did you call?
I called the Cali momo USA number, and it was a recording and gave a number (1800) to reach the nearest momo sales?

did you contact the closest store, and they are the ones who mailed you the stickers?

i just need the sticker already!
