New recaros installed!

Actually i've had the driver side one for 4 months now but finally scraped up the cash for the passenger side seat. Here they are in their full glory, a pair of black Recaro SRD reclinables:

Thanks, the seats ran about $550 each and i had to buy custom-made rail adapaters from another source that bolted up to older Impreza seat rail sliders that cost me about another $250. Once they're installed, then the seat is a direct bolt-in. Of course you must remember to removed the female end of your stock seat belts and bolt them onto the new seat rails.

I wonder if all Recaros have the same brackets? I would kill for a set of the Recaros in the Euro Appearance Edition SVT Focus. Those are the best car seats I have ever sat in.

I heard mixed things about the Wedge adapters and with this setup, 4 bolts will let me attach these seats to virtually any other Impreza.

i'm 5'7" and the back of my head hit exactly where the plastic belt slots are. ouch. only reason i would noy buy these seats. that leaves sparco torinos or milanos for me.
