Painting My Car Color Poll!!

Ok i'm about to paint my bugeye i plan on adding a different lip on it and choosing a paint color is going to drive me to the looney bin:lol:

I voted SRR for never seeing a bugeye sprayed that color. Plus, I'm biased.

i wont decided to use silver wheels i dont like them. And why go with something besides OEM paint. What color would i get thats like San Remo Red ? thats not OEM

I wouldn't get any OEM color for a few reasons. One of them being... it's OEM, nothing really original about it. Why spend that kind of money on a color that is already offered? There are so many better colors and quality of paints (Subaru uses a type of environmentally friendly paint which results in the chipping, flaking, fading, etc that we all hear about.) Personally, I'd go with the BMW steel gray because I think that looks amazing. Or what about that Lexus IS graphite color? If you want a red, look at what cars have a really nice red. I personally think red cars look tacky and ugly but Audi has a nice red. If you want gray, same thing, find a gray that you like. Check out the member's gallery for ideas and try Google or some other Subaru oriented web sites. Personally, I reeeaaally like the black roof look on a lot of show cars. Such as a gray or yellow car with the roof and pillars black. Check that out.

I want to repaint mine that copper color that comes on the new Mitsubishi Eclipse... Maybe just a shade darker, with alot of clear. It would be very unique with a 18in to 19in black w/ polished lip wheels, V-Limited carbon lip and carbon fiber rear 06 roof spoiler. HAWTNESS!

you will want to think long and hard abt red then.
because i do not think it will look that great w/ that interior.
most of those other colors will probably be ok w/ the blue carpet, dark doors,
blue & black seats, but not red.
but - if you pay the bills, you makes the choices.

Black with a silver pearl or paint it bronze and do a black interior with black wheels, no polished lip (ie. torques or something).

Red definitely out, although that was my original biased opinion. I have black interior, and SRR looks fantastic with that, but would awful with STI blue imo. Go BLACK!
