STi Floor mats.
Hi i am new to the forum and well i ran into this page:

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread/t-368503.html

i was wondering if anyone can get these i am assuming these are OEM from Japan? If not i am looking for OEM (JDM) STi floor mats, actually 2 sets for me and a buddy...

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Those are from Canada. I have the CC-B.com ones, which are European spec (LHD) STi floormats (a genuine Subaru part). Unless your car is RHD, the JDM floormats won't fit as the layout is the opposite of the U.S.

oops
thats right i didn't think about that... so i am assuming driver and passenger mats are diff? one would think they would be the same... but i guess you are right, so does CC-B.com have them for sale? and they are OEM or are they just sewn up by them?
CreoWRX 11-04-2003 07:27 PM

They are not the same for both driver and passenger fronts. Best bet would be to contact CC-B.com and ask them. Like I said in my first reply, they are a genuine Subaru part (made by Subaru).

Here's the name of the Canadian dealership I got mine from..total shipped was like $142 american at the time , may be different due to currencey rates now.. These are an option on the canadian STI.

Don Docksteader Motors(Volve &Subaru), 8515 Cambie Street Vancouver BC ....The guys name is Milt Cumming( parts and service representative)...

Once i ordered them they arrived in like 5 days..its a lot cheaper than a lot of the venders...These are different from the CC-b ones..these just say wrx and it looks like the CC-B ones don't have 2 clips to keep the driver's side one from moving and these also have a reinforced heal pad..

hope it helps

The CC-B.com driver's side mat does have a loop to affix it to the peg on the floor. You don't need two like the Canadian floormats, because there is only one peg (near the interior gas/trunk release). The CC-B mats also have velcro under them, to help keep them in place.

The material of these floormats is different from a regular WRX/soft floormat. It's thicker/heavier duty (similar to the blue carpet that is in the car), and seems like it will last much longer than the ones I had in my '03 WRX.

mats.....
My primary reason for purchasing the sti canadian mats was that the wrx mats w/ only one peg would not stay put...I guess I move my feet alot :D These actually come with two extra pags that bolt directly to the seat giving driver's sde two and actually giving the passenger side one as well

Anyway since I got these they have not moved an inch...Also the canadian ones are black not grey as the ones above are...either way they're probably both good quality as they are OEM parts..

The picture has to be hosted on a site somewhere. When you hit reply, right under the message icons there is a "IMG" button; click on that and enter the URL for the pic and you're all set to go :)

Nick has turned the attachment function back on so if you have the picture on your hard drive and the picture is less than 50k you can attach it without a host. I guess NASIOC becomes the host then ? It's down at the bottom of the reply section before you get to the topic review. This is on the "Post reply" page, not the quick reply.

well they fit if you flip them upsidedowm.....
LimeyWRX 11-06-2003 01:29 PM

does anyone have the canadian part number for these sti mats??
artdoesart 11-06-2003 04:12 PM

So which is the OEM ones? the CC-B floor mats (whats the origin) or the Canadian OEM ones? I am sort of confused as you can see. i don't really care which is better so long as they are OEM.

Where do the CC-B ones come from? are they custom?

According to the group buy CC-B has here they are European OEM floormats. So both the floormats you're considering appear to be OEM. Do notice though that there are differences between the European units and the Canadian ones, so I guess you need to chose which you like better.

I got these sames ones and mine came with little sqaures of velcro on the bottom. They dont move at all. Snug as a bug in a rug.

:p
CC-B 11-21-2003 01:33 PM

I can guarantee that those mats do not move.

These mats are a genuine subaru article, and are the mats used in European STi's.

The are in stock and you can find our post in the Vendor For Sale forum

CC-B 11-22-2003 11:50 PM

We're caught up on shipping all the mats that were pre-ordered, so it's same day shipping on all orders.

Order while they are available, because these are awfully hard to come by

These are for LHD cars. I'd be having a big bunch of ticked off customers if they weren't. The ones displayed in the picture a few posts above is exactly what you are getting.
