version2 is winning by a hair... I have stoptechs so your saying the v1 looks better but if you want to help your brakes out I should get v2?

Go with version 2, because I'm putting v1 on my car, I already see enough v1's dammit.

Don't forget the OEM lip with the single air intake as an option to consider.

Yup OEM lips are nice too - just got one last week and it's a lot nicer in IRL.

I got the replica v1 CF one from Gruppe-S for $290 SHIPPED...
I think I would destroy the v2 one much more quickly than the v1.
I'll have to be careful as it is.
Anybody know how far below the edge of the bumper cover the v1 hangs?

I prefer v1... which is what I now have on my RS.
I had a Greddy lip, which was destroyed thanks to ice/snow. It hung verrrrry low.
So I had to replace it, and chose the v1. I like it b/c it looks clean and simple, and classy. I get a lot of people that ask if it's stock with the car.
My car is lowered with Eibach springs, and with the lip there is still a nice amount of ground clearance. I can't exactly remember what measurement, but a good guess would be 4-5 inches from the bottom of the front of the lip to the ground.
Don't quote me on it, but it's a good lip spoiler to have if you're worried about scraping. I'm just super careful about heading into and out of driveways and parking lots.

wow 51 votes!!! and still pretty much a tie. But I think i finally made my decision. Although the v1 is super clean, the v2 is going to be ordered today!

Version 2
-save the brake ducts (incidentally, the piping for the APS front mount cuts right across the passenger side brake cooling duct. Oh well.

V1. i like it cuz its a lot cleaner. i dont like the vents too much. if they are as functional as you all say they are though, i cant hate on that. im personally going with that wrc rubber lip cuz i will destroy both V1 and V2 lips.

For those who have asked,
I don't have many good pics of my car, but the pic above shows pretty much everything.
The side strakes (front) can be ordered from any Subaru of Canada dealer -I think. They were on the car when I bought it.
I did some searching, and that's the only answer I was able to find.
With the v2 lip, and Eibach Springs, I don't scrape on anything on the street. The lip has a nice curve to it, and the slope has to be pretty steep for me to rub at all.
