I believe coverage starts at 12 noon Pacific with the earlier days highlights...live starts at 2pm, ABC :D

It shows X Games from 3 - 6pm, but I'm not sure whether or not it will all be rally.

Rally will be live for the last hour.
The first two hours is mainly other sports, but may contain some highlights.
Actually, I'll probably start watching tomorrow night just in case there are rally clips, assuming I can sit through that many commercials for video games and energy drinks.

they had a bunch of cameras and helicopters out on the stages today, so expect some good "highlights" from todays stages mixed in with other sports from 12-2p(PST) and then they are pulling out all the stops for capturing the live stadium event from 2-3pm(PST) [add 3 hrs if you live on the east coast :D)

WTF is goin on i just tivod it and no rally car racing from 3-6 on sat. And in the espn schedule they goofed. Saturday is the 4th, not the 5th.

That course looks less than stellar. Who's idea is it to have two cars going full speed directly at eachother for the final turn?
Then the announcers are going on how Pastrana had half a car length when he crashed into the water barriers. Of course he did. He didn't slow down enough for the turn. At turn in they were pretty much dead even.

Looks like ESPN made Pinker repaint his car, and then he STILL didn't get any coverage during his race, even though he DESTROYED the car.

ABC doesn't show hard liquor commercials, IIRC. And that includes embedded advertisements. Most allow the fruity drinks though instead. They should have just written "Lynchburg Lemonade" under the "Jack Daniels" in the logo. :lol:
It was a bummer about Pinker though, I would have loved to see him compete.

Rallycross in the rest of the world is when 4 to 8 cars race on a road course together with jumps dirt & tarmac. This event is identical to a superspecial in the majority of wrc events.
