More information would be great. Wagon. Sedan. GC8. GDA.

They have it all. Literally.

No, they advertise it all. 80%-90% aren't even in stock. I've called to order some pieces I like and they never have them.

Ok so moving back to on topic here.

Vividracing, even if you dont order from them, have a excellent picture gallery. I mean its really hard for us to advise you on what body kit to get cause our definitions of "sporty" are different. I know Sherif knows alot about bodykits and wings he has gone a step farther and found the ones that are aerodynamically beneficial.

The kit i plan on getting is the new Wings west ...minus that hideous wing. You might want to look at the Cwest kit as well...that would be my definition of sporty

C West all the way! I love the C West kit. All I have to do is get a hood with a hood scoop, then on to the C West kit!

Why do you need a hood with a scoop.......i say unless its a CF its not even worth it

Ok sorry about the lack of info... I have a '02 Impreza RS Sedan... Im looking for something that gives you that low-to-the-ground street racer look like the EVO perhaps, or something along those lines...

ALSO... how hard is it to match the cars paint exactly with the body kit?? or do you have to repaint the whole car??

go to www.SubaruReview.com log-in (it's free) and search products for your particular model. Everything is real organized and you'll be able to get a good idea of what it will look like as well as a possible price/vendor to keep in mind
Cardwizz 07-19-2002 11:58 AM

Darby thanks... The C-West wing looks nice...

But what kind of problems do you encounter when painting the body kit.. (i.e. trying to get the kit color to match the car color??)

Love mine! I got it painted and installed for $650! What a deal!

if you go to a reputable body shop, they should know which primer to use on ABS/Fiberglass/or whatever it's made of then be able to match the paint accordingly.

I love the C-West kit. I just bought the wing off of Ebay for $167 shipped. I want to get the front lip spoiler as well.
Cardwizz 07-19-2002 04:16 PM

Colin... Looks nice.. too bad I have 2.5 RS...:(
Cardwizz 07-19-2002 09:39 PM

So will the C-WEST wing fit the 02 Impreza (2.5 RS???)... I've seen it advertised only for the WRX, does it fit the RS without having to be cutdown or anything??

WRX_Colin 07-20-2002 05:38 PM

Ya know, you'd think it would... I'm betting on yes.

it will fit, the wrx and the 2.5rs have the exact same body, only difference is the hoodscoop.
Wrxredline67 07-21-2002 01:51 AM

C-west

Everybody in the world has a c-west kit I used to love them especially when I saw it on the sparco wrx in turbo magazine but now I can't stand them, the syms body kit is something to look at tho no offense to c-west kits but they are'nt gonna be a sight to behold in a year or 2 but vivid does have a nice section of pics to look at tho if they don't cary the kits as well :D

WRX_Colin,

Your WRX looks great! What sideskirts are you using?

GoodFinder :)

no c-west kit please
damn i'm so tired of seeing every other WRX with the damn Cwest kit on it i know the fitment and look are great but damn i would hate to roll up somewhere and see 10 or more WRX's in the same color with the same kit
GoodFinder 08-14-2002 09:03 AM

I have the GReddy front lip and Zero/Sports rear wing, so the C-West sideskirts may work out for my WRX in particular. Besides, with my Fikse Mach V 3-piece custom forged wheels, I'm sure my WRX will continue to be distinctive! But, I hear ya, we all want our car to be special looking.

GoodFinder :)

Steve,

Those are the C-West skirts I'm talking about.

YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT!

If you want a "sporty" look, go with the Subaru Giken Body Kit! :) That's my choice of body kit to get and I'm still planning on purchasing it. It's the same kit used for the official Subaru Rally Car, and all car lovers know that racing is a sport! :p (Btw, if you get that kit, show me pics please!)

Another "sporty" kit I'd say would be the Zerosports one. That whole body looks cool in my opinion. They got like two different versions going and both look very trendy.

3rd pick of mine would be that JUN body. Just that front bumper alone and eyelids make the typical REX become a beserked monster. Very aggressive and intimidating. Hangs a little down but oh my! The body kit says "open up a can of whoop @SS" all over it. (meant this in a metaphoric way, not literally!) :p

WRXMotorWorks,

You may have already said this in another thread and I missed it. Could you tell me how long it would take to get a set of Griffin sideskirts, and what the best total price would be shipped to 75024?

Thanks,

GoodFinder :)

Xactly! Check out the SWRT website for some car photos and you'll see why this kit looks so sharp. VERY clean lines, no huge lips and such, just a very tight look. The only thing I would change would be the rear wing, but then if you can't get ahold of the Prodrive wing that extends off the trunk (and who can?), the kit wing is fine.

Stuart
