woot for KC!
KC

I just saw your sportscar article, congrats! I think my ego would explode if I had something so nice written about me.

it does of course look like a really dangerous object you are leaning on in the main pictures, scary, sounds like an cool job.

Oh great, now his head won't even fit in the state.
KC 02-06-2006 07:44 PM

I can neither confirm nor deny what I do for work. ;)

And about that head.. yeah, it's gotten kinda big... but at least it's not Hoppe sized!

Yeah, normally the pacesetter section is kinda interesting but seeing the RX-8, I was like ***? Sweet. You'll probably find it in your mailbox today. I will scan it and everyone will have already read it by tonight.

Don't believe any of this smallish head talk. I heard a rumor KC is going to have to buy a convertible soon cause his head won't fit into a fixed top car anymore.
ChrisDP 02-07-2006 10:23 AM

Sooooo... how about a Keith Casey-autographed Sportscar magazine auction on EBay?

For anyone who gets the reference, Rod McGeorge and I told a female spectator at a local event that THE Tim Aro was a world-famous Miata racecar driver, but a very nice guy and she should absolutely MUST take this opportunity to go introduce herself and request an autograph. Needless to say, after breaking off the long conversation, during which Rod and I tried very hard not to burst into tears, Tim walked right past us muttering "I hate you guys"

That's why he's been considering the move to Texas, the state could contain it, just.

Wow. And to think I first met the famous KC ten years ago at our local WMC BMWCCA events when he was an unknown at the young age of 45.

Now AARP-KC is famous. Who'd of thunk it?

But seriously, I can't wait to get home and read the article. Congrats.

Hmmmm...remembering moments spent with KC, that would probably make a good thread...... :p

I met "the KC" at Subaru Challenge 2004 in MD, I helped him change wheels, for some reason I can't remember, but I was like OMGITSTHEKC! I should help, he needs help ;) .

Then one day he was in a magazine.
