WRX sedans: look better w/ or w/o stock spoiler?

do you guys like the so called "clean look" without the stock subaru spoiler, or do you think it definitely looks better with it on??

I like the stock spoiler, I bought my car without, and it looked so bare. I've seen some without that looked good wingless though. I voted, "doesn't matter"

I have no idea, but I wish I knew what I thought :)
I bought it with the stock spoiler because I thought that looked better than without. Then I saw the version7 replica, and liked that style, so I bought one...waiting to get it painted.
In the meantime, I've swaped trunks with someone else and have no spoiler. I think it looks sweet...and now I might sell the one I bought. I have a greddy front lip and wings west sides/rear, so once they're on I'll just have to decide. Might look weird without anything.
I suck at making decisions about my car.

anyway i posted this because i have a 2.5RS sedan w/o the spoiler, but i recently acquired one, so its just waiting to be put on. i figured once i put it on, i can't go back so i better make a wise decision!! i know it's my car so its up to me but i figured it might help to get other people's thoughts too. thanks everyone.

Imprezas are known to have big rally style spoilers. Stock one is too bland. Go for the one with the vertical fins.

Looks good w/o a spoiler when the car is lowered and equipped with 17-18" rims w/ front lip. Just my 2cents....

i think the spoiler is somewhat functional...trunk lid w/o spoiler takes like 3 tries to close it.

I love it without the spoiler... but yeah, when I removed my stock spoiler the trunk sprung up like it was on steroids everytime I opened it :D

I am in 100% agreement on this one. The stocker looks terrible. The clean look is good, but the STi type spoilers are better.

I have an aftermarket spoiler... I like the clean look... and I like the OEM spoiler. Ok. I guess I just like the car. ;)

Having a spoiler makes the rear look "finished."
Almost every Japanese WRX or STI has some kind of wing or aftermarket.
Most people here associate wing with "rice" and not associate wing as a motorsports feature.
It's a good thing to have.

I'm torn as well. I bought a ZeroSports spoiler months ago. It took months for it to get here. Now that its here it has a crack in it and I got a refund. The thing is they let me keep the spoiler. I think I can fix the crack no problem but the longer my car goes without a spoiler the more I like it that way. I just can't make my mind up! Maybe I'll just sell the spoiler for cheap and go with a V.7 when I get the car painted next spring..

In Europe or Japan, almost every Impreza has a spoiler. Never see one without..

I like the spoiler...
But I like the M3 style, clean except for a little lip style even better! :D
