I emailed several respected vendors on this board, only FizzAutosports ever gave me a response back. (Not to diss the other ones, just that Burn up is really really hard to find).
Seems like Burn-up is a very small company that's tailored more to the Japanese market. I was trying to get a big purchase but Fizz's Japan office say Burn up won't give a big discount (if any at all). And no promises on fitment (JDM and USDM do have some differences, especially front bumper), no shipment time guarantee b/c no idea how much of those parts are in stock.
Based on these pictures I could say that it's the best fiberglass work on a subaru by an aftermarket company, ever. But being a poor student I'm not ready to make a 1000 dollar bet just to "try things out." If you're wiling to go for it, give FizzAutosports a call. Great people who made it through this ordeal.
Of course there's Japanparts and Taka Kaira. Japanparts said that a front WRC bumper for a MY02 WRX will be 2100 dollars (or 2400 if you want painted) air shipped to US. Wait time is 1 to 2 month. Just FYI.

What is the fit like on the actual prodrive goods? Also I know the prodrive makes the front wider and the wheel wells more arched. Is that true and if so do any of the other kits do the same?

BUMP!!! speaking of which im on a mission on trying to get the launsport rear wide fenders! and possibly later in the next 2 years get the full burn up kit, i was lookinga the wrb burn up car, it doesnt look like its widebodied in the front, on the real wrc car, the portion that gets wider is a lot higher and wider....

heh no joke! well, im almost their to the l'aunsport wide fenders :banana: now to come up with a financial decsion cause itsgonna be a wopper! ($1344 shipped to LAX) :eek: i may get my sti suspension first then get the body working with the fenders, i'll sure let everyone know about this, i also thouight about getting someone to make a mold and possibly get a replica started if this doesnt already start appearing on stateside shores by then

It's unfortunate the Gimmie Gears kit doesn't have a better looking front bumper. Actually if they just made the grill look like the WRC one instead of its current look, I think it would be much better. It's available, fits, and looks pretty good.
