Silver TE37's
Can someone please photoshop silver TE37's on a blue wrx? If you could take the bronze ones on the vividracing car and show them as silver that'd be great.
Thanks

I am thinking of painting my front lip white in order to
a)hide stone chips better
b)stick to the uk 300 design since the lip was originally black on a blue car
3)match my wheels in true ricer fashion
So could someone make my front lip white please?

you're arn't over your limit geocities just doesn't allow off site hosting which includes directlinking... the links didn't work for me but I was able to see them by going to your sites page, then typing in the pictures file name ;)
I'd photoshop those pics but I'm unclear what you want done... you want a pick with just A painted then just B painted or A and B painted, or just A and B and not the rest of it?
unless it's something really off the wall you'd be best just looking for a pick... people have done up morettes in almost every conceivable way, especially in blue.

I've seen pics with both area A & B painted but it was too close. I want to see it from further away like the pic I shown above.
I want to see the following...
only area A painted
only area B painted
and both A & B painted.
ps. It'll be nice if you can show me how to do it. I do have photoshop at home but don't know how to do it though
thanks a lot

you learn best by trying..
there are several different ways to get it done
here is how I do it
-create a new layer and move it to the top
-set the opacity to 50% on that layer
-select a pure red (or other color that is definitly not in the area you're doing)
-zoom in and use the pensil tool to color in the area you want to change the color of, color past the area you want to do
-use the eraser tool to clean up the edges
-once the area you want to change is painted red hold control and click that layer to select what you painted
-select the new color then use the paintbucket tool or control backspace to fill the selected area
-play around with opacity and blending options to get the desired look
*- you might want to make a copy of the painted layer by draging it onto the new layer icon then use a different blending option for each layer
if you get stuck or have any other questions feel free to ask

If I use the same color for the whole thing, it doesn't look right due to the lighting and angle. How to make it have different shade of blue?

ok if you have the latest version of photoshop (version 7) then you can d/l this file I just made.
I put parts A and B on separate layers so you can quickly change combinaitons of A, B, A and B or neither.

Sonata lights on 03 wrb wrx
Alright, just been on my mind for a while, think it would look cool, don't jump on me about it, they are projectors. So, could anyone help me? I'd like to see a WRX with the headlights from a current model year Hyundai Sonata.

Had a quick go. Looks choppy and is small because I couldn't find a good headlight picture from the sonata.

I can do a cleaner looking one if you find a large picture of the headlights.

i'd like to learn photoshop. is there a place to get a demo?
| 2.5RSMatt | 08-06-2003 07:33 PM |
you could take a class at a local community college or something otherwise you can buy the book which can get expensive or just look online or play around and learn. You can learn a lot by just messing with it.
| twistedsymphony | 08-06-2003 11:51 PM |
yeah there really is no demo version of the software... the full version is upwards of $500... I bit the bullet a while back and just bought it because I do so much graphic design work and got sick of using freebies from download.com
some universities will have student copies for $50 that will have a time limited license... maybe a year or so
or you could do like thousands of others and find an illegal copy, interesting enough it is THE most pirated software ever (even more than windows).

Did you try vividracing.com or zerosports.co.jp?
The only wings I see from them are the carbon risers and the hoop wing.

I only know of one carbon fiber Altezza. I think HKS made it. Why would you want it on top of a black Impreza? Are they mating? If you really can get the HKS Altezza I call shotgun.:D:
