Inquiry: Wagon CF Front Lip

This is not just for the OE TUNING GROUP BUY. This list is for the Vendors/Manufacturers to see that they have enough WAGON owners/participants who are interested on a Wagon Front Lip...CF or Urethane. If we can have at least [SIZE=4]20 participants[/SIZE], we can probably attract/convince the manufacturers/vendors to have it done.
This list is for the STi Version 2.
Please keep your post as relevant as possible and do not make any comments such as "what the heck do you want a lip for a wagon for?!"
If you (Mods/Admins) think this topic does not belong to this section, please move so.

I, too, could care less if it's CF or not. Personally, a Ure that looks like STi V2 is my choice.
Anyone, if you do not want a CF lip, please say so. We might be able to ask OE Tuning to make a non-CF lip.

To add: This is a CF material but painted Silver, WRB, White, and Black

I'd prefer a non-CF lip if OE could make those, but seems like they mainly make stuff w/ CF. But, if they only offer the lip in c/f, then, c/f it is. I want a front lip badly... but a non-c/f would be nice.. cheaper too...
Maybe they could make both, if there's a bunch of people. They could make one cast and use that for both the c/f and fiberglass/urethane probably.

I will snag the first STi v2 lip for the wagon whether it's from Qvelocity or O.E. Tuning. I have been waiting for this [I]forever[/I]. Add me to the list.
Let's hope these vendors actually bring their wagon products to fruition. Gruppe-S should have done this [I]so[/I] long ago.

BTW, i'd prefer that it be urathane(that's flexible right) rather than CF...I think CF is just as brittle as Fiberglass correct? I just dont want to have always be so $%^& careful around town.

As of now, I dont see any vendor/manufacturer who is willing to make a lip. So when we see someone making a CF lip for wagon, that's what we would get. At this point in time, we, wagon owners, can't possibly pick what material is to be used. Of course theres a possibility that we see a Urethane material. Asking these manufacturers/vendors to make a lip for a wagon is hard enough, how much harder it would be to pick a material for an already hard to find lip.
well, thats just my opinion....

Hey guys I just posted on this in the GB thread, but we a have a v2 style (not an exact replica, but similar) wagon lip on its way, we don't do urethane, sorry. The lip we are doing is a 2 piece, so I guess you have a little less to worry about if you smack a curb. Pics by next weekend. Thanks, John

My reason why I hope OE Tuning would make one sooner because I think they can make a 1 piece front lip as they did for the sedan. But if Qvelocity would sell it sooner and in good price then I will take it.

OE Tuning showed no interest on making the lip if we do not get the 20 people minimum. They claimed they have to order it overseas. On the other hand, Qvelocity manufactures their own product. Just what xplode said, the Wagon lip by Qvelocity is in it's almost final stage. As a matter of fact, they are asking someone with OEM Wagon rear lip to make another mold out of it.
