a blue sti in my town has neon i thought about doing a military crawl under his car at the jack in the crack parking lot and snipping the wires or smashing the bulbs out :)

Yeah I have them on mine. The only problem with it is you'll need a fifth for the front grill because it doesn't shine up thru the front. I don't have any pics of it but it does look good. I go to the car shows with mine not the races so eat me.

I've seen it and I think it does look good but when you raise the hood the wire going from the neon doesn't look very good. A friend of mine has one installed in his cf hood on a celica gts. And then depending on where you put it road crap may hit it one day thru the scoop.

meh ive got red neons under my drivers and passegners seats. gives it a nice effect at night. but i wouldnt go any further then that.

you know I here muffler bearings come in Neon colors or glow in teh dark paint! So bright, they can be seen from space photos!

To start, EVERYONE has their own idea of what they want and what they think looks good etc. I think I need to remind people of this, really to restrain yourselfs bashing other peoples' ideas/interests.
If you want to go w/ undercar lighting, probably want to pay alittle more and get the LED kits instead of the "neon tubes". Longevity, looks, flexibility,etc are all qualities of LED.
There are the plasma glow, and couple other companies that have like over one-million-colors and can change patterns etc. Cool stuff. Just do your research.... probably other than this particular forum. (If I may say).

I gotta say, I love the love in here.
I took an old, beatup 10" blue neon tube and threw it into the hood scoop, hooked to an external jump start battery, just to see how it looked and i gotta tell you, it looked pretty mean. That said, it went back into the junk box after that. :D

i bought a green streetglow shiftknob for my car a month after i got the car.
...6 hours later i threw it in the closet...
...and about two months ago i rigged it up to the shifter on my lawnmower, which ironically is a Honda!

Rice....I don't know about anyone else but that whole term is getting pretty lame. One I am part Asian..I sorta take some offense to that. And just because there are more Hondas out there than subaru's that do the "Rice" thing,...Think about it back in 1990 did you see any show subarus or anything...its not rice..its part of import culture, If you can't accept that you are apart of it then its pretty lame that you own a subaru.
