Hey thats a pic of my car when I first got it! First mod was the supertones :lol:

I just bought bolts to go into those holes. The hood release isn't affected at all.

The horns I got came with those metal brackets. :banana:

1. They look bad ass and give the front end a nice mean look.
2. They are LOUD... ever beep at someone and they don't even notice because they are talking on the phone..etc... This is like baby jesus screaming at them... they WILL hear these...

At first I didn't think they were loud at all... but this was me either INSIDE the car, or outside by the driver's door pushing on the horn.... my dad said here get out in front and hear it... I stepped about 15ft from the front of the car he honked and my ears got that shrill noise/feeling and it HURT...lol

I have to be careful when I use them. The people in front either usually slow down, swerve or stop when in the middle of cutting me off / trying to merge into my car. :D

I have 2 in my Forester, though I rather have one inside the car for those jerks that weave into your lane. The directional horn isn't as helpful that's why I left the stocker inside the engine bay.

But works great on slowass cabbies, drivers, and pedestrians in NYC...:D

installed my hella's last week, im too lazy to get a picture.

measured the dB level though:

134.5dB sitting on the grille.

110.3dB 30ft away...

110 is still REALLY loud!!!

Have you installed one yet? I'm wondering if the stock horn circuit will manange it, or I need to wire in the relay (on my bike I go direct with a relay). The Nautilus is made for bikes and has a contact for ground, so I may run two wires direct to battery.
