WR concrete is kind of slippery, and the ambient temps weren't all that warm. We pulled better 60' times on the asphalt in Atlanta last year than we did at WR.

I really like the James vs Matt vid...wish my camera didn't have the haze. Interesting to see where each of us were faster/slower than each other.

Finally downloaded pictures off the camera. Turns out the Nationals 2005 pictures were still on there. Oops! Got a couple of Corey for sure, I don't remember if there were other Subarus. I'll post those soon as well.
Here are 2 of Stompy during the Super Challenge. And one of Phil while he was in grid for the Super Challenge. I only snapped 2 of Phil on course, one was right after he left the start line, and the other was out of focus. :furious: So there wasn't any point in posting either of those.

Hey Jen, can you scan your collection and see if you have any of me from Nats? :)

Sorry, no luck. :( I have now posted the pics of the NASIOC folks at Nats. In addition to the pictures I posted, I also have ones of Danielle Engstrom, Ken Motonishi, Michelle Seelig, Robert Chrismas, Alex Shchipkov, Brian Flanagan, Derek Wyman, Michael Occhipinti, Jeff Hurst, Randy Hoover, and Paul Magee.
Basically, if I happened to have my camera with me while I was watching a class, I tried to grab a few pics of the people I knew. But there were definitely still LOTS of folks whose pictures I didn't get, even when I had my camera. I think I knew about a third of the CS class. And we were even crewing for one CS team (Darrin and Hector), but yet out of the entire class, I only got pictures of Paul Magee. In fact, I have exactly one picture of my own car, and you can barely even see it - it's crossing the finish line across the course from me and the car is almost completely obscured behind other cars waiting at the start line. D'oh! :(

Found this thread back while looking something up. I happened to notice we'd been discussing 60' times. In case you guys didn't see the recent thread on SCCAForums, we realized after Peru that the 60' lights are actually at a different height than the staging lights. Therefore, most people are probably staging with their bumpers, but tripping the 60' lights with their tires. Therefore, your 60' times are likely to be about 0.03-0.04 seconds slower than in years past. So in our case - in years past, we were almost always getting 1.8x 60' times. Most of our times this year have been low 1.9s with a few high 1.8s.

Sweet, that means that i would've had a 1.8x 60' time at Mineral Wells.

Does that mean our 1.7's were really 1.6's? =P
