Looking for OBS owner w/ waist spoiler
I'm looking for specs concerning the beautiful waist spoiler. Since i don't intent on paying the 800$ the dealer wants, I've contacted spoilers for less and they might be interested in making one.
They need:
spoiler dimensions height,
width, overall depth and where the stanchions are for the bolts.

Let them know that I'll make a deposit on one TODAY if that will help them design one. I was going to order the top spoiler from them, but the car won't look correct without the middle one too. I have a 97 OBS so hopefully it'll fit ok [img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/smile.gif[/img]

If Spoloers4less makes one that is affordable then im in on it also! Ive been looking for that spoiler at afordable prices since i got my car in 98! Even if you order from Sugar, it is still over $400! insane. Hook it up and keep us posted!

For 69$ the top spoiler is a no brainer! I can't understand why some go without it. Come on, I'm sure someone can find the specs out for us!

Maybe because it's $69 for the spoiler, then $25 for shipping, then another $100-200 for painting and mounting, if not more. That's $200-300. Sorry, but I'd rather spend that on performance mods.[img]http://www.i-club.com/ubb-files/smilies/wink.gif[/img]

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">FWIW, the roof wing on my RS is loosely based off of the OBS roof wing- it was $60 for 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of clear with a wet buff at the end. Somewhere I have the link to a guy with the waist spoiler in fiberglass for $150 plus shipping.... let me try and track it down (you don't want to see my 'links' folder, trust me).

I'm in for the less-expensive waist spoiler if you can find one, or if you need numbers to convince someone to make one. I've wanted the roof spoiler since I bought my OBS in 97, and the waist spoiler since I saw some pics of a Euro Turbo Impreza Wagon in Car magazine a few years back
Assylum has an interesting, larger, roof spolier on thier website. Of course, there are no prices listed and I haven't bothered to check for avaialability.
