May 5/6 Prosolo Walnut Ridge
I have just updated the schedule to reflect that the May 5/6 ProSolo event will be at Walnut Ridge giving us back to back events there. It will be the single course format. I have also indicated on the schedule that El Toro will be a double course format. Information on these events and registration should be posted and open for business as soon as the staff returns on 1-2-07. Thanks for your patience.
Walnut Ridge registration for the TOUR is open.
| CamaroFS34 | 01-01-2007 11:51 PM |
I see the Tour entry fee is up to $79 this year.
Anyone have definitive word on the ProSolo entry fees? They were $85 last year...

Rooms are filling quite quickly for the Tour at SGMP. Some sites like orbitz and expedia are already showing no rooms.
I used triprewards and was able to get a room at the Days Inn in Adel.
A local Dixie region member says thats not a bad one to get into.

+1 I'd like to know this as well. Also, does anyone have a rough estimate as to when registration for the DC Pro Solo will open?

I see KC's signed up for Walnut Ridge. Darn it, you're going to make the decision (about whether to go) difficult for us...
| Aaron B | 01-04-2007 10:37 AM |
I've been kicking around the idea of going to walnut ridge this year since Milwaukee is now out of the question (wedding i have to go to) It's going to be a tough one to schedule with work as we have regional events the weekends before and after and as the new activities chair I should probably make sure to make it to those.
Decisions, decisions...

I'm signed up because I learned a lesson from the DC Pro people last year...
Sign up now, even if you're not sure. It all depends on my car owner if we're going or not... I could cancel if it's not in the cards... but if I waited, it would probably be full when I got an answer.

Yeah, well, it doubled in the half hour since I posted that. :( I'm now to the point of actually CALLING several people, because I'm no longer sure they'll have time to check message boards, and then register.

it's what happens when all your friends start online parts websites/sales...i like cheap parts...I have to re-nail down a dealership sponsor next week though and finish the graphics on the car for this year before Feb 10th...it's a lot of work..

So in case anyone hasn't seen it yet, there's a Toledo Pro on the schedule for July 28-29th. Registration is open.
And the SCCA website now also lists a Pro in Atlanta for June 30-July 1st. It's been rumored (unofficially) on SCCAForums that this year's Atlanta DoubleCross Challenge will be a national ProSolo. Registration for this event is not yet open AFAIK.
