Great summary of them henzly23. My question is this; how does the carbon concept gauge pod compare to the Gruppe-s carbon fiber gauge pod...

Also are there any other CF gauge pods that would be any better and hold three 60mm Defi guages?
TIA,

I can tell, the Carbon Concepts pod is angled towards the driver, where the Gruppe-S isn't. The Carbon Concepts is more expensive also. I've looked at both, but only pictures.

Are you sure you don't want the overhang? I have heard some people around here complain of glare on the gauges.
Also, does anyone have the Carbon Concepts or Gruppe-S Carbon Fiber guage pods and can comment on quality?

Its not just worrying about the glare off the gauges during the day... its also the light from the gauges reflecting off the inside of the windshield at night... reduces visibility quite a bit.

I have the Autometer Instrument Cluster Gauge Bezel and love it (see henzly23's picture). It is unobtrusive, yet noticable. And it puts aftermarket gauges right in your line of sight. Plus comparitively, it is inexpensive.

The hiring is snaked through the opening that it creates, through the gauge panel. I have two autometer gauges (52mm) and they fit great. The setup ALMOST looks stock.

Just dont get lotek!!!!! I got a dual 60mm A pillar gauge pod from lotek b/c i thought the factory color match would look nice. The pillar came and I couldnt fit my 60mm gauges in by a long shot. I called them thinking maybe they sent me a pillar pod for smaller gauges. They swore up and down that they didnt and that the pillar probably just need some 'modification' like they listed somewhere on their site. 4 hours of cutting later the guages fit in, not a perfect fit or perfect look, but then again i'm not a master plastic cutter, i was hoping to leave that up to lotek seeing as how my pillar costes so #$%^ much.
