Guys we r still Alive & the Karting Track is ok too,the situation was REALY BAD(in the South & some parts of central Beirut) but we managed to survive up in the mountains:disco:

Congrats on fantastic result in the N12 at Rally Lebanon. A fantastic performance and congrats on finishing ahead of Nasser. Definitely an event I want to do in my career! Only tarmac event in the MERC, right?

Great News that "all" is half way OK. Karl was lucky to be over here during that time ... although worrying about his family must have been hell. Apparently his Evo and Suby are still on a boat on their way over. He does seem a bit rusty though ... "only" 13th out of 158 in our Paxed results ... considering he won our overall Pax Championship past year ... against drivers like Tom Berry, Rita Wilsey and Ken Motonishi. Of course, he was distracted though ... :-(

Well sorry I haven't posted any video/news lately but its because I was busy
Driving & Drifting my car with my crazy new setup(S5,CP35R,Whiteline bushes & Sway bars 24mm F&R,stiffer springs for my Proflex suspension,Tarox 6pot front brakes...) on SNOWY mountain roads in Faraya Lebanon.
Now I have a very beautiful SNOWY video(outside & inside shots) but I need your oppinion if I should Start a new Thread or I shall add it to this one???

sorry for the wrong thumbnails,when the new video will be uploaded on the site(by Monday Max) all the thumbnails will change also;) .

Probably a life time on dirt roads. Rod Millen, of Pikes Peak fame, grew up in New Zealand. They were surfers ... and would race from one side of the island to the other depending on the surf ... on gravel roads. Look at the Scandinavians growing up on ice and snow. Compare to people growing up in Southern CA ... they can't even handle a bit of rain! :-)
I'm would think that Abdo would agree that driving around the go-kart track like in his videos is not the fastest way around ... just the most fun and spectacular. It's the way on loose surfaces, but he's losing time sliding around on tarmac, especially on corner exit. Right Abdo ... or ?

Well i was kinda born in a rally car;)
the national roads in lebanon r realy slippery with allllot of hairpins & the most important thing is that we have no radars,no cups,no... so its funny to drive here.

As I said earlier i was only having fun, u r right makofoto sliding that much especially on tarmac is a waste of time,but sometimes on tight hairpins its better to oversteer the car instead of it understeering which makes u loose alot of time.

yup thats my daily driven car & I've switched my Evo 7 rally car into an N12 during last years rally of Lebanon but my racing car(Hill climb) is still my Prototype Evo 6(2.3L strocker,GT30R full kit,1150kg,0-100km/h in 3.9 seconds...)
