Pure white light for rear license plate?

Has anyone seen the rear license plate lights at night on the new Lexus IS350 I think? It is a bright pure white light and looks sweet. Definitely stands out from the standard yellowish lightbulb color. Does anyone know what brand this is or what the equivalent is for Subarus?

The bulbs dont have a brand, I get them in quantity.

Yes size 194/168 same bulbs I sell for the front indicator bulbs...

S'all good, he is keeping my options open! I did call the Lexus dealership and it looks like theirs is an LED so I think I'm going to try that first.

I don�t understand why people would want their plate that much easier to read. I wish I could take my lights OUT not make them brighter. Each to their own I guess.

I dont think it makes it THAT much easier to read, just looks cleaner...less yellow if you know what I mean. Plus if you have matching bulbs up front, its even nicer ;)

Got my lights from superbrightleds.com today, man that was quick. I originally ordered one bulb and then realized I needed two. I emailed them the same night and asked to add a second bulb, but I never got a response. In my package today they did send two(whew) but it would have been nice to know they got my email.

As far as the product goes, looks sweet! Exactly what I was looking for, just like the Lexus lights. Not bad for 10 bucks.

they were the only place that would help me. There were no white wagons anyware. Closest place that had them was in Colorodo, and they shipped it to me for free :D
Also, its only a 3 hr drive.

Its quite small... i have a set of the license plate units. I'll post pics up of them tomorrow night.

Its the housing of the lights that make it so bright...

I bought them to put on my subaru.

I couldn't be happier, it is SO bright and since I no longer have map lights due to the spec c roof vent this is great!
Changes the whole look of the inside to a really clean white LED light!
