WTB: Cusco 8/6 spring set
I'm looking to buy a set of Cusco 8/6 springs For Zero-2R (from an '04 with 7/5).

If you have these coilovers from '05-'07 they most likely came with 'em.

Can anyone verify for me 60mm diameter?

How about freelength?

thanks!
digitalseance 11-14-2008 02:10 PM

^^ I have an extra set of cusco coils, I think they're at my parents house (out of state). I'll call them tonight and verify length etc.

Well, per Cusco specs I'm very hesitant to use 2.5" ID spings.

Zero 2R spring specs:
Inner Diameter: 73mm (~2.875")
Height of Spring: 200mm (~8" rounded to closest inch)

Rear Springs
Inner Diameter: 65mm (~2.5")
Height of Spring: 250mm (~10" rounded to closest inch)

They also have an atypical thin/flat bottom on the rears. Anybody actually used Eibach or Hypercoils with Cusco Zero 2R coilovers?

Set of Front Knuckles for WRX/04STI

-Have two track days on the left, new bearing in the right (no street time at all)
-Bearings have been repacked with redline hi-temp grease
-Have ARP 3" studs already pressed in.

Also have a set of rears with factory studs

Asking 225 dollars for the fronts.
150 dollars for the rears.

300 for both.

Well, I got a harness and it's black and yellow letters but it's the right side (Passenger) so I have no use for it as I need the Left side. Got it from someone that had it in a box but didn't check it so the box says left and it's beat up but the harness is new and unused.

Again, this is the PASSENGER side and DOT approved.

I'll try to snap a pic of it later but I'm throwing it out there now at $100. Shipped. Paypal is extra.

Still a bargain as new ones are above the $140.+

Thanks!

Freshly powdercoated 18x8 5x100 ET 53 Rota Tarmac II

Tires are Khumo Ecsta AST 225/40/18 She's done less than 500 miles on them

Paid
$500 for Rotas
$500 for tires
$250 for stripping old paint
$200 for powdercoating (deal thru a friend, normally $90 per wheel)

ASKING $1000

I got these for my wife about 2 months ago.
She drove on them for about 1 month.
Last month I switched to snow tires (I'm in Chicago) and she is already asking if it would be a big deal to get then done for her in PINK

This was A LOT of work and money.

This finish is so durable I dont want to strip them again. I'd rather buy another set (painted) and do them instead of trying to remove this finish

I really wanna surprise her in the spring but I have to sell these first

Thanks

Im using Eibach's on mine. It is true the ID is a wee bit smaller than the OEs. On the rear I just flipped the lower spring collar over, the top was fine as its just against the top plate. The fronts I had to mod the top collar to remove some material to fully seat the ID. The lower end I flipped the collar. Has worked fine for the last couple years. Hope that helps.
Prodrive/Bilstein 50mm GN Gravel Dampers for a GC8. Shocks have a built in oil circulating system that continually sprays oil on the upper bearing keeping the shock cool over long stages. Shocks have almost new GN Top mounts. The large diameter springs reduce flexing under load.

Shocks were completely overhauled and have done two rallies (Reno and Idaho). The overall included re-cad plating the shock bodies, replacing all of the bearings, having all of the inserts rebuilt by Bilstein, which is $75 per insert and the turn around time is a week! After Idaho shocks were torn apart, cleaned, greased and reassembled!

There are numerous spares including bearings (enough for a full replacement), various seals, oil lines and a spare insert. They will also come with the original Prodrive parts catalogue, bearing insertion tool and set-up sheets.

This is by far the best suspension Ive ever rallied on. Its a non-adjustable set-up that is prefect the way it was designed by Prodrive, no need to mess with anything! This is world class set-up used in the PWRC back in the day.

Im not in a big hurry to sell it and Ill only take $3000 for it.

Date on these is 1998 and 1999 making them NOT leagl for any sanctioned racing. These are perfect for auto-x or show.

The only reason they are not legal is the date. They are in EXCELLENT condition, no nicks/ tears etc, and they match the sti blue perfect.

They are bolt in and comfortable.

Time to sell some wheels.

17x9 5x100 (and 5x114.3) Sportmax 050 (shiny!) rims (38 offset) with Hankook z214 275/40/17 Tires. These were my "back-up" autocross setup so they only have 30-40 runs on them. Even wear across the tires and were rotated evenly. I would guess that they have an entire season (maybe two) left in them. I'll try to post pics this evening. setup weighs around 47lbs a piece (rims are around 20). I'll try to get a more precise measurement.

$875 plus shipping.

Stored in doors in bags when not in use (I have a dedicated room for tires/wheels).

Cusco Zero 2e Coilovers.

These are the coilovers with the "E-Con" EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Controller) that sits on your dashboard to adjust the suspension valves from your drivers seat. These are the top-of-the-line EDFC coilovers on the market right now.

These coilovers are 4-way adjustable, and importantly, the spring pre-load and ride height adjustments are independant.

This is the complete kit.

Originally bought new from Gruppe-S at MSRP of $2350. I'm upgrading to 3-way adjustables with remote resovoirs.

I've run these since 2005 on my track car, the RASpec Impreza. It's a track-only car, so it only has 7k street miles on them with maybe 800 track miles on them. Most importantly, these have never been driven between the months of November and March. They have NEVER seen a New England Winter.

They mount on top of the spindle instead of the bottom. You'd need to get the 05STI version like I have. I think they're nicer in some ways than the RCE ducts. They include built in tie rod heat shields. Plus, at only 75 dollars without the hose, they're a heck of a deal.

Here's a picture that shows a little of the how the duct mounts.

Oh, so the ones you're selling don't work with the '06 STI spindle? I guess that's why you're selling. :)

I want to do something similar to your brake duct routing, so I think these would work better for routing the hose.

Autopower rollbar - With harness bar and diagonal bar - Fits '02 -'07 GD Subaru Impreza (all versions) - $325
Sparco Evo Seats - Dated 2006 - One with mounts and slider. One with just mounts. I'd also throw in custom Piper Motrsports bases for some extra $$$. $1100 without bases - $1250 with bases.
G-Force Pro 6-pt quick release harnesses - Both are dated 2006 so they wouldn't be legal for most racing series, but they are in excellent condition and work great for a track car. The passenger harness has significantly less use. $80 driver, $90 Passenger, $160 for both.

The rollbar, seats, and harnesses would make a perfect package for a GD Impreza track car.

I'll try to get pics up ASAP.

I'd also be interested in possible trades for wheels. 17x8.5, 17x9, or 18x8.5. Offset in the +45 to +48 range.

Also selling a whole bunch of part out items from my 2006 STI. See full list here:
