STi interior

Ok so my girlfriend said she was getiing an sti, her uncle won it and was giving it to her, but didnt want it, b/c she has a BMW m5. so she was going to give it to me, she said it was silver, w/ black leather interior. My question is that didnt the interior of the sti only come in black and blue, with no leather. Did she confuse it with a normal WRX not STI. or can u get the sti interior all black leather.???????.... :confused:

no. Inspect the car and the difference will be obvious if it is not an STi.

I have not seen the car yet, but she told me what her uncle said about the car, thats its silver, with black leather interior. But i thought STI only came in the black and blue cloth inside. So im hoping it is an STI not a normal WRX. As for winning one, i have no idea, something through his company, but im happy as hell he did, considering its going to be mine soon.... but when i get it sometime from next week, to the first 2 weeks in january i will keep u updated on it. :banana:

hell no man, im driving an 89 nissan 300zx i have basically fully restored that car. but if its not an sti, its prolly getting sold the second i get it... so i could get something faster then a normal WRX

STi's in North America only came with a black cloth/blue alacantra(I think thats what its called) interior. If it has black leather, its NOT as STi.

There's always the chance that the dealership had the leather installed (seats that is). Don't know why they would, but some members have traded their blue and black seats for the black WRX seats. Same seats basically but just different cloth pattern/material.

im not the one thats rich, my girlfriend is. and for the normal WRX, there not that fast, my friend has one, my 300zx would rip on it any day. STi for stock is fast, and the turbo spolils alot faster then the normal wrx. when i drive my freinds WRX i forget that there is a turbo, u can hardly feel it, and u cant hear it for ****. but when i get the car whenever that may be in the next few weeks, i will let u all know the outcome, of what it is....

No STI or WRX has leather from the factory, so it could easily be either one. And WRX's are not that slow.

yea so talked to her today, Shes blonde by the way so, i dont really trust much when she talks about techincal things anyway, he uncle sent pics, it is an sti, its got the emblem outlined in pink on the back and on the fog light covers. As well as it sayin sti on the engine, And yes it does have black leather interior. as for people calling it a fake sti, i dont know what ur smoking, subaru is not going to give away a car, thats a WRX and but the sti logos on it. when i get those pics, or i will take pics of the car when i get it, i will post them.
