talk me into/out of trading these?

Heres to a pretty bad chop because i drew these "05" tail lights in BUT step back a couple feet and itll be okay...:D

I cant decide whether to trade for 05's. I reallllly dislike the crystal taillights. too bad they didnt make CGM before 06 because id trunk swap that ugly decal off of there in a flash too. I feel like my rear end is the host to some horrible form of patriotism. The red/white/blue is not going over well.:lol:

then what's holding you back trading for the 05 ones?
i say trade it; if you don't like the look, you can alway trade it with another person. i'm pretty sure every now and then someone will pop up wanting to trade for their 06-07 with the 04-05

I debated this also becuase I just got my WRX and didn't want to ditch brand new lights, but then I thought if I ever want to go back someone with an '06 will always be there to swap.

Swap. If I bought an 06+ that would be the first thing I'd be looking to change. I really dislike the tailights on it.
edit: Honestly I prefer the 02-03 tail lights better, but if you had to choose only from the 04-05 and the 06's, then go for the 04-05.

CGM has been a factory color since 05. In that first chopped pic the lights looked more like the bugeye tails.... anywho i would do the swap..but its your car and you should make the decision, do what you like the most...youll be the one driving her.

lol why would it matter? Unless you are leasing or don't plan on paying your bill then there shouldn't be a problem. It's your car if you keep with the payments and don't get it repoed.

Definitly put the '05 tail lights on!! I have the same color '06 as you do and put my tails from my '04 wrx on them and it looks so much better.:D
