Welp...I'm stuck. Toss up between the two. All silver greddy lip or black and silver color scheme lip. What do you guys think?

Basically, from my previous posts of how I painted my front lip with Paintworldinc.com's paint...I really was not happy with the mismatch in color. I decided to go ahead and order some paint from PaintScratch.com to paint the lip over again. Since I knew I was going to paint it anyway...I decided to experiment and paint the center part. The black center has an appeal to it but the solid silver looks oh so fresh and so clean clean. :lol: Well...I've got about two weeks before the paint arrives. Till then I'm rolling the black centers. Input?

silver and black. I did the same thing with m y sti ver 1 replica, except instead of black I left portions of the carbon fiber unpainted. Looks great!

i like the all silver. with the black center, from a distance it would appear that the middle of the lip has something wrong with it.

I like it all silver as well, definatly cleaner.
But the black/silver is hot as well.

Silver & Black makes it look like you either have a real big black front mount or a very big black radiator .. My vote is for the silver & black . Keep up the good work !!!

I'd like the silver and black it the part you paint black would match up a little better with the opening of the stock bumper. How bout if you painted the small edges of the bumper when the lip and bumper meet? Or maybe dremel out most of the material like you would with a fmic.

I really like the silver and black because it ties the wheels, tint, and side markers together, as well as masking the black portion of the bumper under the license plate holes to give it a more complete, meaner looking front end. It also accentuates the cleared headlights and stock fog lights for a real nice look.
It's those little details that make it come together so well, and I sweat the details (or at least I try, he he he).

all silver, also just below the license plate mounts, have it paint it silver too. i'm going for a more cleaner look with this. for me a big black area looks like a big hole, but there really is only a small hole.

if you painted ur headlights black I would say silver/black. But right now...I'm leaning towards the silver since there is nothing to accent the black.

I like the silver and black more too. It make the lower grill look huge. Almost like it will swallow a car if they don't get to the right fast enough.:devil:
