Where could I get 22B widebody kit part 1

psaeko 02-09-2002 07:32 PM

Where could I get 22B widebody kit

Does anyone know who makes good quality 22B body kit in North America?
stever 02-09-2002 11:59 PM

I'm making a wide body kit for the GC8, and I happen to live right down the street from you in Irvine.

The fenders and side skirts will be available shortly. I'm not going to give any dates anymore because that just seems to guarantee that it won't be done. If you want more info, please e-mail me.

stever 02-10-2002 10:50 PM

litoljon - Sure, you can come and see the kit if you'd like. It's still going to be a few weeks before it looks like something, but drop me an e-mail and I'll let you know when it's ready.

By the way, my shop is in Costa Mesa right off the 405.

Go with stevers kit, it's absolutely gorgeous, high quality, not that expensive and from a great guy!

As for the JUN kit, sure, it's nice, but I think you'd have to sell a testicle, kidney, leg and then take out a loan for $10,000. Their header was something like $1500 last time I checked, I won't even look for their bodykits, my heart isn't that strong...
So go with stever!

Bry.
psaeko 02-10-2002 11:22 PM

so where is it exactly....

your shop is right off 405?
that is really close...
do u think i can check it out too?
where is your shop exactly...
perhaps me and litljon can both check out :)
litoljon 02-11-2002 12:40 AM

thanks stever! let us know when the kit will be ready to be somewhat be seen! ;)

stever 02-11-2002 01:00 AM

Thanks Bry ...

My shop is on Logan Ave., about a block away from Ferrari of Orange County (drool) which is on Baker just off Harbor. I have a little more work to do on the left side and then you guys can stop by.

It's a bit of a haul from Simi Valley. The guys who machined the foam for the fenders are up in Moorpark and I just did that drive two weekends in a row.

jesus...you guys are dumb as ****ing ROCKS :rolleyes::rolleyes:
nairbmik 01-12-2011 02:05 PM

Christ Scotty, instead of going off and attacking everyone, why don't you try explaining why I'm wrong?

This whole ****ing holier-than-thou attitude is getting pretty annoying.

They're the same ****ing person. I don't know what point you're trying to make, but that was the one I'm trying to make.
jamal 01-12-2011 02:07 PM

I don't get your point? Steve is still around and still makes the kits.

stever and Aerosim Research, ltd are the same person.
Uncle Scotty 01-12-2011 02:25 PM

this 'stever' d0000000000 has not used the 'stever' account on this board since 2008

THAT is what I pointed out.....

Therefor......he almost certainly does NOT track the NON-VENDOR account and bumping this is a waste of time
jamal 01-12-2011 03:21 PM

except that by bumping it everyone got the account that Steve does use.
kickniteasy 01-12-2011 08:07 PM

you get nailed for using the search function.....you get nailed for not using it....can't win around here, haha

Way to promote the "community" Scotty. Threads are archived for a reason. His search led to an email AND a link to a great group buy. Would you have **** the bed if he posted a basic WTB post without a search? Learn to relax and support your fellow Suby drivers.

You still fail for punctuation on so many levels.

Scotty partially right, you might not get to him through that account.

Here is your kit. It's an amazing one and makes me want to get a gc because of it. Not sure if you're worthy..... ;) :disco:
