Hey
I'm wondering if anyone is interested in an 04 zerosports front bumper?
I might have some made in fiberglass or urethane if 5 or more people are interested. The authentic front bumper alone is $1200 and im not really looking forward to paying that, thats why I want to get it done as a replica.

I am a graphic designer for 2 large import shops, and one of them would be setting this up for me.
We discussed something around $300-$400 for the front bumper. There are no other replicas for this kit around, so thats not too bad of a price. The more ppl to buy it, the lower the price.
The authentic zerosports kit has to be purchased in order for production to take place, thats why its more expensive than normal kits.
I'm located in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
Please keep in mind I will be making NO money on this.

I don't have an '04, but I still think it's a good idea. If you can have those made with good quality and fitment for a reasonable price like you said, I think you will sell alot of them.

No, a sedan bumper won't fit on a wagon. It's kinda lame, but the sedans have flaired fenders and wagon don't have flaired fenders.

AjIsDope, thanks for the props. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to do, seeing as nobody has yet to replicate this kit, and nobody probably will right away anyways, Its good to take advantage of.
Skinart, i knew that about the 03's but is it the same for the 04 wagon/sedans?

No problem. Zerosports is a very popular company so if you can replicate anything of theirs for a good price you will make alot of people happy. :)

I think you should consider of making a bumper that would fit a wagon :D I think there might be a considerable demand for a wagon fitment bumper. I know I would order one for sure!!:D

hmm, im sorry but i don't think we're going to do anything for Wagons.. I say this because we are basically purchasing the zerosports bumper, and re-making it in fiberglass, we won't be doing any altering.
Im sure if it becomes popular we can have it done for wagons though!

I contacted the manufacturer today, they will get back to me tomorrow with prices. They said it would take till around May to have the final product in your hands. And to answer many peoples requests, unfortunately they will only do Fiberglass and Polyfiber, not any Urethane :(.

The fiberglass is still pretty high quality, I personally don't like fiberglass, but im pretty confident in this stuff.

OK. Got word back today,
It will be $333 total for the bumper, done in fiberglass, produced in Hong Kong. This company manufactures for many companys here in america, but im not allowed to say which ones.
